1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between the operator and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) regarding the rental of the Jerre Boat.
1.2 By confirming a boat reservation, the Client agrees to these Terms.
1.3 The boat is rented for cruises on the Vltava River, within the permitted section between the Modřany lock and Troja.
2. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Reservations can be made via the website, email, or phone.
2.2 A reservation is valid only after it has been confirmed by the operator and a deposit of 50% of the total price has been received.
2.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the cruise.
2.4 For last-minute reservations (less than 3 days in advance), full payment (100%) is required upon confirmation.
2.5 Payments must be made via bank transfer to the account provided in the reservation confirmation.
3. PRICES AND SERVICES
3.1 The current price list is available on www.lodnavltave.cz.
3.2 The price includes the boat rental and basic equipment. Additional services (e.g., catering, decorations, captain, DJ) are charged separately.
3.3 The boat is limited to a maximum of 6 persons. Exceeding this limit is not allowed.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Cancellations must be made via email to info@lodnavltave.cz.
4.2 Cancellation fees:
More than 14 days before the cruise – free of charge
13–7 days before the cruise – 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days before the cruise – 100% cancellation fee
4.3 In case of bad weather (strong winds, heavy rain, flood warnings), the cruise may be rescheduled or a full-value voucher may be issued.
5. CRUISE CONDUCT AND ONBOARD RULES
5.1 The Client must arrive at the boarding location at least 15 minutes before departure.
5.2 The following is prohibited on board:
Handling glass containers without prior consultation
Smoking below deck
Boarding the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Jumping into the water or tampering with boat equipment
5.3 The operator reserves the right to terminate the cruise without compensation in case of gross violations of the rules or endangerment of safety.
6. LIABILITY
6.1 The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the boat or its equipment during the rental period.
6.2 The operator is not liable for damages resulting from failure to follow instructions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond their control.
7. DATA PROTECTION
7.1 The operator processes Client’s personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
7.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the Client’s consent.
8. COMPLAINTS
8.1 Complaints must be submitted without undue delay, no later than 3 days after the service has been provided.
8.2 The operator undertakes to handle the complaint within 30 days.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1 These Terms are binding upon confirmation of the reservation.
9.2 The operator reserves the right to change the Terms. The updated version will always be available on the website.
